If I paid in full, when does my membership run from and to?
Our membership year runs from May 1st to April 30th the following year.
When would my membership renew?
Upon renewal of your golf membership you will receive a renewal invoice, approximately 30 days prior to the new membership year.
If I joined, how do I cancel my golf membership?
To cancel, you will need to contact us.
If I paid by monthly direct debit, how does it work?
You pay in advance for your golf membership. Your payments will be collected on the first day of every month. Please note that once your first payment is collected you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions and a minimum of 12 monthly payments are required to complete the duration of your membership.
How does the Simply Play membership work?
As a Simply Play member you get to choose when you want to play golf. As soon as you book a tee time your points will be automatically deducted from your Simply Play membership account. You will be given access to our Members Website where you can book all your tee times online.
How would I check my points balance?
When you become a member you will have access to your own Simply Play membership account named ‘Flexible Account’ within our Members Website. In your account, you can check your balance and view all your future/previous tee time bookings.
What do I do when I run out of points?
When you’ve used up your points, you have the option to purchase one of our top up packages starting from just £50 for 15 points.
How do I top up my Simply Play membership?
You can top up online or at the Golf Reception. Click on the link below to top up online.
Who can join our Corporate Golf membership?
Each player on your membership list must be an employee at your company/organisation or have an affiliation with your company/organisation. Proof of employment may be required upon application.
Is my business eligible for Corporate Golf membership?
Your company must be VAT registered or registered with Companies House.
How many golfers do I need to book a society package?
A minimum of 8 golfers required.
How much deposit is required to make a society booking?
We require a small deposit of £50 for all golf day bookings. Deposits must be paid upon booking your golf day to secure your tee times. The balance is then paid upon arrival of your golf day.
Do you hire golf buggies?
Yes. We have 3 golf buggies available for hire.
Do you hire golf trolleys?
Yes. We have 15 pull trolleys available for hire.
