Golf Receptionist

Clays Golf is looking for a reliable and friendly Golf Receptionist to join our team. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced and welcoming golf environment.

Working Hours

• Minimum of 30 hours
• Three out of four weekends each month, with Saturday and Sunday shifts required from 3:00pm to 9:00pm.
• Additional hours during the week.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and visitors to the venue
• Managing bookings and answering telephone enquiries
• Handling payments and reception duties
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area

Requirements

• Must be punctual and dependable
• Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must hold a full driving licence
• Previous reception or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
